Erasmus is a European Union funded program which aims at improving the quality of higher education and strengthen its European dimension. It does this by encouraging transnational cooperation between universities, fostering the European mobility of students and teachers, and contributing to improved transparency and academic recognition of qualifications and studies throughout the European Union.

Cyprus College has been participating at the Socrates-Erasmus program since 2002 and it has agreements with numerous universities in Europe of a variety of disciplines. The Socrates-Erasmus Office coordinates all Erasmus activities.
